Vienna Gold: A complex, round-in-the-mouth coffee that finishes as good as it begins. A subtle sweetness is married with a syrupy richness that adds wonderful depth for this light roast. Breakfast Blend: A blend of two roasting styles that delivers everything you want in a coffee: body, depth and acidity. Mocha Java: A traditional favorite combining the creamy, spicy richness of Java and the fruit and chocolate tones of Yemen Mocha. Signature Blend: Crisp and clean, this coffee delivers a cup that satisfies almost anyone. Sweet and flavor with marked acidity, this is one of our most enjoyable medium roasts. Northwest Blend: A rich blend incorporating the exotic flavors of East Africa, roasted in a medium roast to tame acidity and enhance richness. Pike Street Blend: This coffee is roasted medium dark to Seattle specifications. Not over-roasted to diminish flavor, this coffee is a wonderful combination of our Data Tarrazu and Papua New Guinea coffees. Knowing its contents, nothing more needs to be said of this blend. French Roast: Ahhhh! The Extra Stout Beer of coffees! This roast is carefully achieved to reduce bitterness and preserve the sweet vanilla and dark cocoa tones in this coffee. Lighter than most french roasting styles, this one rewards with flavor instead of carbon. A wonderful after dinner accompaniment served in a french press or topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
